The Stealth Hitches # 391AUDQ509 is definitely a fit for your 2017 Audi Q5, but is not an easy one to install. With that said, we have indeed started to get some installers listed on our site and I included a link to where you can find them below. You will just need to update the zip code to see those in your area. If there are currently none listed though, I always recommend going to a mechanic that has done good work on vehicles for you in the past. They will typically do the best job and get you the best price. I highly suggest not going to a dealership, however. Yes, they will do a good job on the install, but they tend to charge a lot more for the job.
I will also mention that the # 391AUDQ509 does not include the components to tow a trailer. If you needed to add that on at a later date, the Stealth Hitches Towing Kit with Ball Mount and Wiring # 391CONVR5 will get you all squared away.
