Will this hitch fit the extended length body? If not, which hitch do I need?

Expert Reply:
For your 2010 Ford E-350 with the extended body you can use the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class IV - 2" # 14055, which is a confirmed fit on this vehicle. This is a Class IV hitch with a 2" receiver that has a thick, durable powder coat that will help fight rust and corrosion.
If you also need a wiring harness to tow a trailer you'll want to use the # C56020, which will tee into the tail lights on your E-350 for an easy installation. This harness will provide you with a 4 way trailer connector for towing a small trailer without brakes.
To complete your towing setup, if you don't already have a ball mount, hitch ball, hitch pin and clip, you can get all of that with a ball mount kit like the # EBMK4. This kit comes with a ball mount that can be used in a rise or drop, 2 hitch balls (1-7/8" and 2"), hitch pin, clip and storage bag.
I've linked some review and installation videos of these parts for you to check out.
