I am looking to add the sumo spring rebel. Will this work with the installed BandW turnover ball? What part # do you suggest

For Your 1999 F-250/F-350 I recommend the SumoSprings Rebel Custom Helper Springs Item # SSR-101-47-2. The instructions do not indicate anything about interference from a goose neck hitch however, from my experience with doing installs, the frame bracket for the goose neck hitch in some cases has to be loosened in order to get the hardware in place for sumo springs. Some frame brackets could have a pre-drilled hole already which would not require the bracket to be loosened.
