The best fifth wheel hitch option for a 2021 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 with 8 Foot Bed and OEM Prep Pkg is the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch part # BWRVK3710. It's largely considered to be the best hitch on the market due to the cam action handle which makes for easy uncoupling and thick dual jaw design that provides a tight connection.
