Since the running lights are still not working after replacing the relay in the Tekonsha T-one Vehicle wiring harness # 118266 you installed in your 2017 Nissan Frontier I recommend using a circuit tester like # PTW2993 and testing the 3 o'clock pin in the 7-way connector with the headlights of your Frontier turned on.
If you have power to that pin but your trailer running lights still don't work then there is an issue with the trailer wiring. You will want check the wiring running from your trailers 7-way connector to the running lights looking for any damage that will need to be fixed.
If you do not have power to that pin I recommend using the circuit tester to test each wire going to the relay for the running lights. With the headlights of your Frontier turned on you should have two wires that have power, one going into the relay and one leaving the relay. I recommend double checking that all of the pins in the relay connector are not bent, and then double checking that the connectors of the relay harness to your vehicle harness are secure and no pins are bent and no debris is in the connector.
Lastly remove the connector from your 7-way connector and verify that no pins are bent and no debris is in the connector.
If this does not work just let me know and we can go into more in-depth troubleshooting steps.
