There is one trailer hitch receiver that stands out as the best option for a bike rack for your 2018 GMC Acadia, which is from Draw-Tite:

The reason I really like the Draw-Tite more than the other hitch that fits your Acadia, the Curt # C13293, is because the Draw-Tite has better bumper and ground clearances. When we test fit both on an Acadia, we found the Draw-Tite measured 4-3/4" from the hitch pin hole to the edge of the bumper compared to 6" from the Curt, and the Draw-Tite had 17-3/4" of ground clearance compared to 16" for the Curt.

This is important because the Draw-Tite # 76023 allows more space between the bikes (the handlebars in particular) and your Acadia, and better ground clearance means a better chance your bike rack does not make contact with the ground.
