There is a trailer hitch receiver that my contact at Draw-Tite was able to confirm will fit your 2021 Lexus RX 350 F-Sport which is the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # 75540.
The # 75540 has a hidden crosstube meaning only the receiver itself will be visible once installed as you can see in the included picture, and its 675lb tongue weight rating and 4500lb trailer weight rating makes it a great option for carrying a bike rack like the Thule Hitching Post Pro # TH934XTR, a cargo carrier, or even towing.
