Hello I have a Pace American trailer that has a 7000 total weight capacity. The electric jack has failed. Do you have a suitable replacement? Model L812TA2 Thank You

I have an option that may work for you, but the Model L812TA2 you mentioned did not cross reference with any parts.
I recommend going with the Stromberg Carlson Electric Trailer Jack - Drop Leg - A-Frame - 23" Lift - 4,500 lbs - Black # SC63VR which will install into the a-frame of your trailer and its 4500lb capacity will make raising and lowering the tongue of your trailer quick, and will keep the jack working great for years to come.
