Im looking for a spare tire host assembly that would work under the coach of a 2000 Newmar Dutch Star.

I do have an option for you but I am not aware of any underbody spare tire storage/hoists for motorhomes. The tires are usually too large and too heavy for this. Therefore, your only real option would be to use a hitch mounted spare tire carrier, the Roadmaster Hitch Mounted Spare Tire Carrier part # RM-195225 was made for this exact purpose. If you don't already have a trailer hitch, I recommend the Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver for RVs part # C13702.

I went out to our warehouse for you and measured the etrailer Spare Tire Lock part #e98892, the outer diameter of the lock core is 1.13".
