Hello, everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at this replacement Safety Bolt for your Roadmaster Spare Tire Carriers. It's for a quantity of one bolt. Now this is an exact replacement for a missing or broken safety bolt on the Roadmaster Spare Tire Carriers. It does work on the part numbers RM-195125, RM-195225, and the RM95MR.
All three of those carriers will use the same type of safety bolt. Basically, the safety bolt will hold the wheel mount shaft upright if the locking mechanism should fail. And I did wanna pop up an insert. Here's an example. You can see where the bolt is attached on the back there of the spare tire carrier.
It is a winged head design, so it makes it very easy for installation. Once you get it started, just makes it easy to tighten down or remove. The bolt length is gonna be right at one and a half inches. But that's gonna do it for a look at this replacement Safety Bolt for your Roadmaster Spare Tire Carriers.
Didn't come with washer or lock washer as original did. If you lose the original I'm pretty sure you've lost them too.
