Is there a 2 inch trailer hitch receiver for a 2019 Acura RDX Advance Package with Hands Free Access HFA that wont interfere with the HFA sensor?

The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 76268 is a confirmed fit for your 2019 Acura RDX with Advance Package, and will not impede the use of your hands free liftgate sensors in most cases. However, you will need to kick your foot to either the right or left side of the receiver tube opening in order for the sensor to register the motion.
We have had some customers report that their sensor was completely blocked after installing a hitch, which can happen since the sensor isn't always in the exact same spot. The only solution for that would be to reach out to your Acura dealer to see if they have a sensor relocation kit that would allow for complete functioning.
