EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - 2 Item # 306-X7196 Any idea where I could get this installed near Hyannis, MA?

I don't have any recommended installers, but any trusted mechanic should be able to complete the installation for you without too much difficulty. If you're moderately handy, you might even be able to complete the install yourself, as the installation isn't too complicated. EcoHitch installs usually require removing the bumper fascia and sometimes the bumper beam itself, but this installation is much more simple.
The most difficult portion of the EcoHitch # 306-X7196 installation is temporarily lowering the exhaust and doing some trimming on one of the under body panels, and the only specialty tool needed would be a torque wrench which you could likely borrow from a friend or neighbor or from the loan a tool service at a local auto parts store.
