We have the 7- and 4-Pole Trailer Connector Socket for Chrysler/Dodge OEM # HM40975-11933. It includes both the factory tow harness and OE plug. You will not need to use the bracket included or screws as it will replace the factory plug in the factory bumper on your 2013 Ram 1500.
