I flat tow my 2014 Honda CRV and use the Roadmaster 521567-5 as the base plate, I am set up with the correct clevis and cables and gear. I want to flat tow my 2001 Jeep Wrangler IF I get the 521424-5 base plate for my wrangler will my tow bar clevis and other gear connect no problem?

So the answer is yes, your 2001 Jeep Wrangler will definitely be able to use the Roadmaster Crossbar-Style Base Plate Kit # RM-521424-4.
The issue is simply the exact tow bar you have, which you didn't mention; the tow bar is compatible with all Roadmaster tow bars, and the majority of them have the ability to attach to crossbar-style base plates. The only thing you may need, if you have one that only uses the direct connect, like the Roadmaster Nighthawk # RM-676, is a crossbar assembly, the Replacement Quick Disconnect Crossbar Assembly for Roadmaster Motorhome Mounted Tow Bars # 910021-00.
