Looking to install a 7 pin plug on my 2021 Dodge Durango RT as I have no wiring at all. I see the Tekonsha OEM Replacement Vehicle Wiring Harness w Brake Controller Adapter - 7 Way Trailer Connector Item # TK22113..... will this fit?

For the wiring, you can add a 7-way to your 2021 Durango, but the harness you mentioned won't fit, so you will need a couple different parts. First you'll need a 4-way for the lighting functions, and then a 7-way adapter which will give you the rest of the wiring. Exactly what you'll need is the following:

- T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118617

- Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller - 7-Way RV and 4-Way Flat # ETBC7

The # ETBC7 has the 7-way adapter as well as the rest of the wiring needed to finish the wiring set up for your 2021 Dodge Durango. To add a brake controller, the option that I highly recommend is the Curt Echo Wireless Trailer Brake Controller # C51180.

This is the easiest brake controller on the market to use and install because it is controlled with an app on your smartphone and will simply plug into the 7-way on your 2021 Durango. I have added some links below to video reviews for you to check out as well if you'd like.
