The Curt Hitch part # C13416 is the best hitch for your 2021 Toyota RAV4 Prime as it's got the best capacities, is mostly hidden, installs relatively easy, and among other hitch manufacturers has the best quality control and powder coat durability.
The best trailer wiring option then is the Curt part # C56434 as it has an easy install and the most reliable converter box.
