Question:

I have a 2019 Dodge Ram 3500 dually with the 6-4 bed and a ReTrax Pro retractable bed cover with the Trax Rail system. I want to install 2 bed rails in the t-slots and install a cargo basket on top of the bed rails. Can you suggest a solution?

You can absolutely install crossbars and a cargo basket on top of the RetraxPRO XR Hard Tonneau Cover - Retractable - Aluminum - Matte Black - Accessory T-Slots # RTT-80232 on your 2019 Ram 3500.

This will give you quite a bit of storage above your tonneau cover when needed.
