Does this eyebolt or any other eyebolt fit Retrax XR? What t-bolts and plates work with this t-slot. Would like to have extras on hand.

There is an eyebolt kit, as well as bolts that will fit your Retrax XR:
- Eye Bolts # Y01162
- Replacement M6 x 30 mm Square Head Bolt # RR99HB
There are no plates I'm aware of that fit.
