Does your DM15349-52 include 6 bolts, washers and nuts? If not what size do you recommend? What material?

The Demco # DM15349-52 does not include mounting hardware. Demco recommends using grade 5 bolts, and the holes in the coupler are 5/8 inches in diameter.
