Question:
Interested in Malone MicroSportâ„¢ 2 Kayak/2 Bike Trailer Package, but its 33 lb bike rack load capacity is a problem for my 54 lb eBikes. Do you have an alternative that will support these 2 eBikes and 2 65 lb kayaks?

I may have another option for you, but unfortunately there is not a way to carry two 54lb electric bikes on the Malone MicroSport Trailer for 2 Fat Bikes and 2 Kayaks # MPG461KB you were looking at as the included bike racks have a 33lb weight rating as you mentioned, and there are no compatible bike racks with a weight rating high enough.
The option I recommend is using the Curt Multipurpose Ball Mount with 2" Receiver for Bike Racks and Cargo Carriers # D210 which will allow you to tow a trailer and carry a bike rack. For a hitch ball you will need the 2" hitch ball # 63845.
For a compatible bike rack for your two electric bikes I recommend the Swagman Current Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes # S64678 which can support two bikes weighing up to 60lbs each with tires up to 5" wide making it perfect for your two electric bikes.
Now since you won't be carrying the bikes on the trailer I recommend the # MPG461G2 as it does not include the two bike racks which saves you a little bit of money.
You will want to make sure that your tow vehicle and trailer hitch receiver have a tongue weight rating high enough to support the bike rack, bikes, and trailer, but since the trailer is pretty light I don't think you will have a problem.
I included videos for each of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
