Question:
I have two new ebikes to put on this trailer. One is about 64 pounds with 50.5 inch wheelbase, the other is 55 pounds with 43.5 inch wheelbase. Will these bikes fit on it?

The bikes would technically fit on the bike carriers of the Malone MicroSport Trailer with Pilot TC ST Aluminum Bike Racks # MPG461KB but the bike carriers would not have the needed capacity for your e-bikes. I also checked all of our roof bike racks and none have a higher capacity than 50 lbs. Which normally isn't an issue as most of the time people aren't wanting to lift a heavier E-bike to the roof of a vehicle.
Your most ideal solution will be a hitch mounted bike rack designed for E-bikes like the Thule EasyFold XT part # TH903202 which is rated for the heavier bikes, fits into a trailer hitch, and then also comes with a ramp to make loading the bikes much easier. The attached picture shows this.
