I did not find any results based on the part numbers you provided. I did, however, find a couple options for tail light assemblies and replacement tail light lenses that are close to 4" square.

The Hopkins Passenger's Side # HM69501S and Hopkins Driver's Side # HM69500S are complete tail light assemblies measuring 4-1/2" by 4-1/2". There are 2 mounting bolts that measure 2" from each other. If you need a replacement lens, and not the entire tail light assembly, then perhaps Replacement Stop/Tail Red Lens # 440-15R will work. This measures 4-1/2" by 4-1/2" with 3-3/4" between bolt holes. If these dimensions do not match your tail light dimensions, then feel free to provide us with a photo or more information, and we will gladly find what you are looking for. I have attached a demonstration video for the Wesbar tail light assemblies.
