Recommended Trailer Locks To Secure Trailer With Lock N Roll Coupler
Products Featured in This Question
Question:
Hi, What type of trailer side lock do you recommend for a lock and roll hitch? We’re buying a camping gear hauler that has a lock and roll hitch and would like to secure it when we leave it at a campsite for the day. Could you also recommend a tire lock for it? Thanks, Ryan

For the vehicle side of the hitch like the Lock N Roll Articulating Trailer Hitch for 2" Receivers # 336VS501 you can use the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock for 2" Hitches # e98880 to secure the hitch to your vehicle.
The Lock N Roll coupler does not have a lock made for it, or a place where you could attach a lock. Since it is not a very common coupler and requires a special hitch to tow it, the chance of someone having a compatible hitch is unlikely as long as you keep yours locked to your vehicle.
The only option to be able to secure the trailer would be to add wheel locks like you mentioned. I recommend the etrailer Trailer Wheel Lock # 288-02020 which will work with most trailer tires and will help to deter a potential trailer thief.
I included videos for all of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
