How do you determine the capacity of Sumo springs? My 5th has a pin weight of 1,600 lbs, truck s about 2 when loaded 2018 Ram 2500

Picking the best weight rated SumoSpring for a truck like your 2018 Ram 2500 is typically based on how much of the truck's weight capacity you are using when towing/carrying cargo and how often you would be doing so.
So on the high end we have the part # SS27GR which has a 5,000 lb capacity and would be what I'd recommend if you were towing at the capacity of the truck most of the time.
But for your application where you aren't towing quite that much the SumoSprings Solo part # SSR-312-54 with it's 2,800 lb capacity would be what you'd want.
