SumoSprings Helper Springs Comparison For the Rear Suspension On a 2022 Ram 2500

Question:

I'm looking at the Sumosprings for my 2022 Ram 2500. I see that there are different one available and not sure which ones will work best for my truck. Can you help me decide which ones are right for my truck?

There are going to be three of the SumoSprings helper springs available for your 2022 Ram 2500.

SumoSprings Rebel # SS27GR
SumoSprings Solo Yellow # SSR-312-54
SumoSprings Solo Black # SSR-312-47

The Rebel springs will have the highest weight capacity at 5,000lbs. These are going to be best for trucks that are constantly under load. So if you have a trailer that you are always connected to, large tool box or slide in camper these will be your best choice.

The Solo Yellow is rated for 2,800lbs. These are going to be best for hauling large 5th wheel campers or gooseneck trailers. Since you will not always be carrying the additional weight this kit is best.

The Solo Black is rated for 1,500lbs. This kit will work best for towing a travel trailer or other bumper mounted trailer, or occasional heavy loads inside your bed. Since this is the lightest of the kits available it will have the least impact on your ride quality as well.
