It sounds like you're looking for the 4 way trailer plug for your 2013 Lexus RX 350; I recommend using the Tekonsha # 118255 because we've found that the powered converters on the Tekonsha harnesses are some of the most reliable available. This kit will tee into your tail lights and provide you with a 4 way flat to tow a trailer with and this is compatible with your 2013 RX 350 without the factory towing package.

If you also need a ball mount, hitch ball and hitch pin you can get that all in a complete package with the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # EBMK4. This package has a ball mount that can be used as a 2-3/4" rise of 4" drop, a hitch ball with both 1-7/8" and 2" balls that can be interchanged, plus a hitch pin, clip and storage bag.
