For your 2021 Thor Vegas on a Ford E350 chassis I recommend the SumoSprings Maxim Custom Helper Springs - Rear Axle Item # SSR-106-54-1. These sumo springs mount on top of your existing springs to provide extra support and ride comfort. each of these are a single spring that not only assist in absorbing road shock but also assist in minimizing body roll. Because the top of the vehicle is tall and heavy, it tends to roll from side to side when making turns and also due heavy cross winds. As one spring is compressing the other spring is stretching. While one spring is pushing the other is pulling to not only return to it natural state but to also to minimize the movement/roll at the top of the vehicle.
For your front axle I recommend the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs - Front Axle
Item # SSF-106-40. These spring replace your factory jounce springs. These provide extra support for the front of the vehicle that your factory jounce springs are not doing. They also help with ride comfort to absorb road shock.
I have provided a link to an instillation video on the front axle springs a 2017 however; the instillation is the same.
