Can you recommend a Trunk bike rack capable of handling 2 heavy e-bikes for a Lexus RX350?

I have a solution for you but there is not a trunk mount bike rack that can handle the weight of electric bikes. It will be more of an investment but using a hitch mounted bike rack is a much safer way to transport your electric bikes.
Installing a custom fit trailer hitch for your 2017 Lexus RX 350 like the etrailer Trailer Hitch # e94AR may seem like a tall task to get installed but it is one of the easier hitches to install. It can be done in your driveway with basic hand tools. I attached installation instructions for you.
That hitch will give you the capability to choose from a lot of bike racks. The Inno Tire Hold # INH120 has a weight capacity of 60 lbs per bike. That is a high capacity that should be able to accommodate most electric bikes. One thing I would suggest is removing the batteries of your bikes during transport. That will save you a few pounds but also reduce the stress of road vibrations on your battery. This bike rack will also allow you to lock your bike and bike rack to your vehicle. You can also tilt the rack away with the bikes loaded to gain access to your hatch.
