do i need a slider hitch for 2021 grand design reflection 311bhs for my 2020 dodge ram 2500 crewcab

Typically with truck beds that are shorter than 8 feet a sliding hitch is going to be required in order for you to make 90 degree turns; there are some trailer designs that sometimes allow for enough clearance but I don't believe that the tapered nose on your 2021 Grand Design Reflection 311BHS falls into that category. However, if you want to take some measurements of your truck and trailer, you can put them into the formula below and determine if you're going to have enough space to make tight turns without contacting the cab; if you have the clearance then you can use a non-sliding hitch like the Curt Q20 # C16530-16021.
(A + B) - C = Clearance
A = Distance from the fifth wheel jaw center to the truck cab (measure rough center of pucks)
B = Offset used (Use 0 for non sliding hitch)
C = Width of the nose of the trailer divided by 2
When it comes to sliding hitches that fit in your factory pucks, the only available sliding hitch for your 2020 Ram 2500 with 6-1/2 Foot Bed and OEM Prep Package is the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider for Ram Towing Prep Package - Dual Jaw - 20K # BWRVK3670, and it's one of our most popular hitches. B&W hitches are known for their durability and reliability, and the 1" thick dual jaw provides 360 degree jaw to kingpin contact for less rattle and better security than a slide bar jaw.
I've linked some review videos of these parts for you to check out, but if you have any questions on the measurements that you've gotten, just let m know and I can help clarify.
