Question:

I look at the three mounting holes on the baseplate. It looks the same on my Lexus LX470 holes... just dont sure the dimension and location etc.. Many thanks

For your LX 470 I recommend the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # 1151-1 which was designed for the 1999-2002 Lexus LX 470 and Toyota Land Cruiser.

To complete your flat tow setup you will also need a tow bar, safety cables, wiring for lights, and a supplemental braking system.

I recommend the Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar # RM-522 which will make unhooking your vehicle a breeze even on un-even ground, and will work perfectly with the Direct Connect Base Plate Kit # 1151-1 for your vehicle. The Falcon All Terrain # RM-522 includes safety cables so you will not need to purchase them separately.

For wiring for lights I recommend the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267 which will give you a 6-way connector for the front of your vehicle and a 7-way to 6-way cord to plug into the rear of your tow vehicle.

Lastly for a supplemental braking system I recommend the Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR due to it being easy to install and easy to remove when you are done flat towing.

There is a good chance that you will also need a high/low adapter to level your tow bar, so I attached an article that goes over how to measure for the correct adapter and a link to all of our high/low adapters and videos to all of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
