how do i find mounting brackets for fender CE17720? or do you sell that fender with a closed back?

We do indeed offer galvanized mounting brackets as part # CE26061G-2, sold in a quantity of 2. The fenders can also be welded into place, if desired.

We do not offer a closed-back fender in this particular size.

The recommended brackets to use with the Fulton fenders part #F008551 is the #CE26061G-2. I attached a picture that shows how a customer used these brackets with this fender for you to check out as well.
