The Timbren # TFR250SDJ you were looking at are the correct Timbren suspension enhancement for your 2021 Ford F-250 Super Duty with the Tremor package and will work well for you. These Timbren jounce springs are progressive load bearing springs, so they won't effect your unloaded ride quality.
