Best Non-Air Lift Suspension Enhancement for 2022 Ford F-250 Super Duty 4WD

Question:

I am looking for suspension enhancement for my 2022 Ford F-250 Super Duty 4WD for towing my 10,000 lb fifth wheel trailer. I am looking particularly at Sump Spring or Timbren and really don't wait air-lift. That do you recommend?

To give your 2022 Ford F-250 Super Duty some additional support, both of the Sumo Springs and Timbrens would be great options.

The Sumo Springs Solo Custom Helper Springs - Rear Axle # SSR-127-54 are made of a durable, high-density microcellular urethane and have a 2,800 lbs weight capacity, though they will not increase your vehicle's weight-carrying capacity. With the microcellular urethane the # SSR-127-54 will give you a smoother ride.

The Timbren Suspension Enhancement System - Rear Axle # TFR250SDJ are made of a durable rubber construction. The # TFR250SDJ have a 8,600 weight capacity, again this will not increase vehicle's weight-carrying capacity. Because of the durable rubber construction the # TFR250SDJ will give a harsher ride.

To determine which kit I would recommend for you, it will depend on how often you will be towing your 10,000 lb fifth wheel trailer. I would go with the Timbren option if you tow your trailer more often than not. If you only tow the fifth wheel occasionally, the Sumo Springs will be the better option to give you a smoother ride.
