Solution for Replacement Lock Core for 2808 for Karrite Cargo Box

We have an Explorer by Karrite older car carrier. We need to replace the locking mechanism for #2808. We have the key but the lock portion is ruined. We have the hook locking part, the two pronged piece that fits into the other side and the threaded portion. Please advise.

If your lock core says 2808 then the # THKEYN2808 is the replacement key. If you want to replace the current lock core, there are many options you can choose from but we can't get the 2808 lock core. If you go with the # THLOCKN114 core then the # THKEYN114 key fits that core. If you are replacing the lock core you will also need the Universal Change Key for Thule Locks # 853-1251.
