Question:

Etrailer Team, Im looking to replace the wheel hub assemblies on an older single axle boat trailer with 10inch wheels, and need some help, as this will be my first experience with this repair. The existing hubs are 5 lug and stamped with DICO 45264. Im unsure if this is enough information, to determine a valid replacement. Would the bearings, races and seals that go inside this hub always be the same size, or could there be different size gutsinch that will fit this model hub. If possible, Id rather have the replacements in my possession, prior to removing the old hub assemblies, vs breaking it all down, measuring, ordering replacement items, and reassembling days later. Any help is always appreciated. Thanks!

Based on the information I could find for the DICO 45264 is was popular on ShoreLand'r trailers. This would require the Idler Hub # AKIHUB-545-35-G-EZ-K with the Grease Seal # 168255TB used instead of the seal included with the hub. We currently do not carry a hub which includes this seal as it was only commonly used on older boat trailers.
