What is the weight of the C13406 and the 306-x7219 ? Because of the max towing weight of my 2017 Toyota RAV4 I am concerned about any weight behind the rear wheels.

The EcoHitch part # 306-X7219 that you referenced weighs 42 lbs and the Curt part # C13406 weighs34 lbs so there really isn't a significant difference. Also worth noting is that the weight of hitches do not count against the towing capacity of the vehicle since essentially the hitch becomes a part of the vehicle frame.
