were are the nuts that came with it used in the installation.

The SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs part # SSR-209-40 are a great option for a 2017 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. It does come with some extra parts that won't be used for all installations since the springs do fit a wide range of different model years. The nuts won't be used for this installation, they are designed for older 4x4 models and used to install the off-set plate per the instructions.
