Can I put weight dist bars on this hitch right now Im towing a 28 foot enclosed trailer but am upgrading to a 32 ft hope you can help me

You can use a weight distribution system when towing with your 2011 Ford F-250 or F-350 Super Duty and the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C15410.
This hitch is compatible with a weight distribution hitch, so you just need to find the correct one for your trailer. In order to choose the best weight distribution system you will first need to know your total tongue weight (TTW), which is the tongue weight of your fully loaded and ready to go trailer plus the weight of any cargo behind the rear axle of your truck.
The tongue weight is typically between 10% and 15% of your trailer's GVWR but you'll want to verify it by using a tongue weight scale like the etrailer # e99044. From there, simply add on the weight of the cargo behind the rear axle of your tow vehicle and you'll have your TTW. The ideal system would be one in which your TTW falls somewhere in the middle of the weight distribution system's tongue weight capacity.
For example, if you TTW was 1,000 lbs a perfect option would be the Reese Steadi-Flex Weight Distribution System w/ Sway Control # RP66560.
