Good question, and there is not a tongue weight rating for the Curt SecureLatch Pintle Hook with 2-5/16" Ball - 2" Hitches - 14,000 lbs # CU57FR.
This does not come with a pin and clip or lock, so I do recommend adding a lock to help protect your investment, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock # C23519.
