Hello. I was looking for help on finding an aluminum roof rack for 2019 Ford F150 super crew with a bed size of 5.5 . A rack that fits with tonneau cover, preferably a rack that continues along the roof

We have a couple of rack options that are compatible with tonneau covers. Both feature aluminum construction and can be mounted at roof height.
If you have a cover that installs completely inside the truck bed rails like the Lomax Hard Tonneau Cover # AB1010019, the best rack is the Thule TracRac # TH43002XT-508EX. This rack can be quickly removed from the truck bed and uses adjustable T-track base rails along the full length of your bed. It also features 4 Side cleats that attach to the uprights for additional tie-down options, and 4 Heavy-duty, aluminum load stops to help keep cargo secure. The cantilever extension provides additional support for long loads and attaches to the crossbar to add 32" of length to the rack which sits over the cab of your truck. One of the biggest benefits to this rack is the 1250 lbs weight capacity which is significantly higher than the majority of other racks on the market.
If you have a cover that features integrated channels/tracks like the Retrax ONE XR with Trax Rails # RTT-60373, the best solution is the Yakima OverHaul HD # Y01151-58 with the truck rail adapters # Y01155. This rack features adjustable height posts which allow you to carry over the cab with an additional roof rack, or it can be lowered for easier access, lower center of gravity, and to get your cargo out of the wind. It is also compatible with an optional SideBar support # Y01154 that features a T-Track system for additional tie down points, or to mount a wide variety of Yakima accessories.
For this option, if you want to carry cargo over the roof of your cab you need a roof rack as well. I recommend the Yakima HD Crossbars # Y01157, BaseLine Towers # Y28TR, HD Bar SL Adapter # Y03541, and the BaseClip Fit Kit # Y06122 for a complete roof rack customized to fit your F-150 Supercrew Cab.
