The width of the slide from outer edges of the flange is 97inch The box is 91. Should I the 102inch or 108inch topper?

For your slide out where the flanges are 97" and the box is 91" I recommend using the Solera RV Slide-Out Awning Black # LCV000168108 or part # LCV000163290 for white; these are 8'-7" (103") wide slide out toppers. This size is going to stick out 3" past each side of the flange and would be the correct size for your application.
