I only have a clamp on style receiver on the bumper of 5th wheel, can I use this part # HR 1600 hollywood bike rack. If not what do you recommend for 2 ebikes

I am happy to help you find the right bike rack set up for your fifth wheel trailer. Unfortunately, the Hollywood RV Rider # HLY64FR requires a receiver with at least a 350 lbs. TW capacity. It is not compatible with Bumper Mounted Hitch Receiver Adapters (see photo below), but it is specifically designed to support heavier bikes such as your 2 ebikes.
We do not have a bike rack available that is compatible with Bumper Mounted Hitch Receiver Adapters and can support heavier E-Bikes.
As long as you have a hitch receiver like the Curt Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13702 you can use your existing hitch. This hitch has a TW capacity of 500 lbs. and is compatible with the Hollywood # HLY64FR you are interested in. With this set up you should have no trouble hauling your two ebikes or any other 2 inch receiver accessories.
