Question:
All ready decided on ordering MO34VR mount and lock universal safety struts to reinforce the bumper 400 lbs. and the Curt rv bumper 2 in trailer hitch E-100. Also ordering the e98942 hitch pen alignment collar. My rv is a 2018 Forest River Rockwood MiniLite. It is currently recommending the Yakima. I really would like a ramp. The tires are 3 in width and still unsure of the rack to get. Fell free to make more rack suggestions. Thank you!

The Feedback Sports RAKK XL Bike Floor Stand - Black # 301-17345 doesn't have a weight capacity so it will hold an electric E-Bike up inside a travel trailer. This is designed for a standard storage situation like in a garage where the floor is non-moving though so if you're planning on using this during transit I don't recommend doing so as the unit will bounce around.
For your application I recommend installing a hitch on your travel trailer (if it doesn't have one) and using a hitch mounted bike rack that is compatible with the extra movement of a travel trailer and can handle the heavy weight of your 70 lb E-Bike. For a hitch you can use either the Curt Adjustable Width Receiver # 13703 for a frame mount or the Curt # E-100 if you have a 4 x 4 bumper on your trailer.
Once you have the hitch installed you can use the Hollywood Racks RV Rider Bike Rack # HLY64FR which fits all the criteria listed above and is an easy-to-use application. I do recommend removing the bike prior to loading it on the rack though as the vibrations and movement of the bike at the back of your trailer isn't good for the battery.
