Yes you can use the Roadmaster Hitch Mounted Spare Tire Carrier w/ 2" Receiver Opening # RM-195225 that you referenced on your 2021 Winnebago Travato. Then for a bike rack that can attach to your rear ladder the Stromberg Carlson part # LA-102 would be a really great option.

You will have to go with a sliding hitch to allow the trailer to make tight turns. For a trailer 8 feet wide the only bed length that's going to allow 90 degree turns without a slider is a stationary hitch. That being said you have two options.…
