Does this have a 1/2inch hole or a 3/4inch hole where it connects to the clevis?

As indicated in the provided photo, the holes in the removable drawbars of the Roadmaster # RM-521424-5 base plate kit accept a 3/4 inch diameter pin, such as part # RM-910029 so the holes are actually fractionally larger than 3/4 of an inch. According to Roadmaster, the actual diameter of the hole is right at .77 of an inch.
