Just want to confirm that this is rated for driving a vehicle UTV/ATV onto and using tire straps to tie it down to the trailer?

Yes. The etrailer Horizontal E-Track - Galvanized Steel - 2,000 lbs - 8' Long # e62VR can be driven on without any issue and have a maximum capacity of up to 6000-lbs each(break strength), so they'll be able to handle your ATV/UTV without issue. You can use the Erickson Adjustable Wheel Net with E-Track Fittings - 1,166 lbs # 77314 as your wheel straps if you don't already have some.
