Question:

I just wanted to be sure that I picked out something that will fit. I have a 2010, F250 Super Duty, 4WD, King Ranch, Diesel. A Huskey, 16K S fifth wheel hitch is mounted in the bed. The hitch head and cross members are Part #31313 and the 2 uprights are part #31314. Will this Airlift 5000 88398 fit? Is it a no drill installation? Thank you very much for your help.

According to Air Lift, and as I've confirmed by looking through the installation instructions, the Air Lift # AL88398 Load Lifter 5000 air bag kit is compatible with a fifth wheel hitch as long as the fifth wheel frame brackets are on the outboard side of the frame members and as long as the circled mounting hole for the air bag bracket shown in the provided diagram isn't covered. So, take a quick look under the vehicle and make sure the hole in the frame member above the rear axle isn't covered. If it's not, the Air Lift # AL88398 will work great for you. This is a no-drill application.

You might also consider an on-board compressor system like # AL25856 which would allow you to add or purge air pressure from the system while you're running down the road. No need to hunt around for a gas station with a working air compressor.
