Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at the Pacbrake Alpha HD Airbag Suspension Kit for your rear axle, has a 5,000 pound load leveling capacity. Now this is a custom fit part. It is designed to fit the 2005 to 2010 Ford F-250 and F-350 4-wheel drive super duty trucks. Now this is for all trucks, including those that even have fifth wheel hitches, but it is not for commercial cabin chassis trucks. And on a custom fit part like this, I do like to recommend for you to go to our website, use the fit guide, put in your year and model vehicle, and it'll show if this works for your application.
Now these airbags are gonna help you stay level, drive steady, and stay in control when you're hauling heavy loads. It will include everything I have laid out here on the table. It includes the air springs for your rear axle, the upper and lower roll plates, the precision laser cut powder coated steel mounting brackets. All the grade five plated hardware comes with the air lines with the inflation valves. Up here we have installed on the springs the push to connect fittings for the air lines to connect to, and it comes with a set of installation instructions that'll describe how this all goes together.

Installed this past weekend. Haven't towed with it yet. Nice construction and finish. I have a 2025 Chevrolet Trail Boss 2500HD and the spacers are NOT needed. Measurement for needing the spacers in 7" and above between jounce cup and contact pad. My space was 5.5" to 6".

Direct bolt on, plug and play
The product is a great product. After installation was completed and the air added to the air suspension, it raised the rear end of the van about 2-3 inches.A very nice improvement.
Installation instructions definitely need better quality diagrams.

The 2" spacers are definitely not needed for a Trail Boss. I could barely get them in, and now the ride is super stiff. Now I have to get back under the truck and remove the spacers. Not looking forward to that. It was very difficult installation, for no reason.
