Yes, the B&W Custom Base Rails and Installation Kit for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches part # BWRVK2400 will work with the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs part # F2550 on your 2008 Ford F-250. If you do not have at least a 1/4" of thread left once the bolt is ran through both the 5th wheel and upper airbag bracket where the center mounting hole of the 5th wheel brackets meets the upper airbag brackets on each side of the frame then you will need two 3/4-16" x 3-1/4"grade 8 hex head bolts.

For a 5th wheel hitch compatible with these base rails, I recommend using the B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # BWRVK3270. You may also want to consider the 5th Wheel/Gooseneck 90-Degree Wiring Harness w/ 7-Pole Plug part # 50-97-410 to give you an in bed 7-way if you do not already have one. In order to operate the airbags from inside the vehicle you cannot go wrong with the Firestone Air Command I part # F2158.
