complete reciever hitch and 7 plug metal wiring harness. i need to know the appropriate receiver hitch and wiring for a 2013 freightliner m2 - 106 box truck towing max 18000 pounds

There are no specific fits for a 2013 Freightliner M2 for a hitch or wiring, so your best option is a weld-on hitch. If your frame is up to 44 inches you can use the Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Service Body Trailer Hitch Receiver # 41990-16 for 16 inch tall brackets or Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Service Body Trailer Hitch Receiver # 41990-07 for 7 inch tall brackets.
Then for a 7-way you will need to hardwire in the Vehicle Wiring Harness # C59236 with the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller # ETBC7. You will also need some extra wire which you can get with part # 10-2-1.
